New functions Upgrade/Dowgrade FRF/ODX/SGO files for VAG group

We have added new functionality in DFOX to downgrade* and upgrade the software of ECUs fitted in Audi, Volkswagen, Seat, Skoda.

Through this function DFOX allows the user to choose which software version to programme in the control unit.
